Cuddling is one of the best things you can enjoy with a dear one, but would it be the same if you do it with a stranger and that too for money?
One can say it’s not a bad deal as a ‘professional cuddler’ from New York is earning $260 a day by snuggling and hugging strangers.
Jackie Samuel makes $260 a day for cuddling around 30 men a week, who are from all walks of life. she is working as a ‘professional cuddler’ to look after her child and have enough money for her studies, as told to Dailymail.com.
However, all is not well for this ‘professional cuddler’ , who has been called a prostitute for choosing such a profession and has also been threatened by her college with dire consequences.
“I think I was born knowing how to snuggle. Snuggling is healthy, spiritual and fun,” the Dailymail.com quoted her as saying.
29 years old Jackie Samuel charges $60 from her clients for her ‘cuddling’ and the service takes place at her home in Rochester, New York.
The clients are barred from touch her underwear under her pyjamas and she has strict rules about keeping a restrained session.
The society hasn’t accepted her profession though and she constantly gets emails and phone calls slamming her as a prostitute.
“Some have said I am worse than a prostitute because they think snuggling is more intimate than sex. I’ve been told I’m monetizing love by being a ‘professional cuddler’,” Jackie Samuel told the Dailymail.com.
